1)끝과 시작 In My End Is My Beginning
사고로 남편을 잃은 정하에게 남편의 불륜 상대였던 나루가 찾아온다. 그녀는 집에 머물게 해 준다면 시키는 대로 다하겠다면서 매달린다. 정하는 이를 받아들이지 않지만, 결국 두 사람의 기묘한 동거가 시작된다. <끝과 시작>의 일부는 국내에서 개봉된 <오감도>를 통해 소개가 되었다. 하지만 짧았던 이야기와는 달리 장편 <끝과 시작>은 파국으로 치닫는 관계의 ‘끝’을 제대로 보여준다. 엄정화와 김효진으로 대변되는 우리 시대 여배우들의 연기는 극단적인 모습으로 표출되기도 한다. 특히 두 인물의 애욕에 얽힌 모습은 레즈비언적인 관계로까지 확장되고 있으며, 관계의 종말 속에 시작될 수밖에 없는 삶의 모습을 끝까지 밀어붙인다.
When Jung-ha loses her husband in an accident, Naru, her husband’s secret lover, comes to her. Naru begs Jung-ha that she will do anything if only she will let her stay at her house. Jung-ha denies her at first, but eventually their strange arrangement of living together begins. A section of <In My End Is My Beginning> was introduced through the film, <Five Senses of Eros>, which was released in Korea early this year. But the feature length version of the film shows ‘the end’ of a relationship facing catastrophic ruin. Also extreme, shocking performances by current top actresses, UHM Jung-hwa and KIM Hyo-jin stand out. The two character’s entanglement with love and lust expand into a lesbian like relationship and leads to a new way of life at the end of the relationship.

그들은 열일곱이다. 소년들은 백댄서가 꿈이고 소녀들은 아이돌 스타를 만나는 것이 꿈이다. 그들은 모여서 춤 연습을 한다. 담배를 핀다. 그들은 학교 수업에 빠지고 화장을 하고 옷을 갈아입고 콘서트에 간다. 또한 그들은 편의점에서 물건을 훔치고 발각이 되자 욕을 한다. 태연히 편의점을 나온다. 그리고 부모님이 없는 친구네 집에 모여 술을 마시며 흥청댄다. 힙합을 추고 랩을 한다. - 내 나이 열일곱! 난 하고 싶은 걸 한다.
17 years old boys who dream about being a back dancer and girls who dream about meeting an idol star practice dance. They skip classes, wear makeup, change the clothes, and go to a concert. When they are being caught stealing… Anxiety about one’s future eats up the present soul and thus creates anxious future. Teenagers, who are most likely more anxious than adults, are not used to preparing and planning the future. In the film, the young fellows who just wish to be themselves are content of expressing themselves. But when they find out their routine will be a future burden, they awkwardly begin to deviate.
